My experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, everything was excellent. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the facilities made my stay very relaxing. Thank you to the team for making it such a pleasant visit! I will definitely come back again.

Very good service. The restaurants all have excellent service and good food. Service staff especially the buggy drivers and room service team are very professional and helpful. We had booked a four bedroom family room. In one of our master bedroom, the Aircon was not working on the first day , We only call them like late evening to tell them there was a problem with the Aircon. But they sent a team Immediatelyto change the compressor, to check the account and everything was fixed by the time we came back after dinner. Front desk was very helpful from day one. They even helped to find the missing item. All activities that we booked from the hotel was well planned. The water sport activities are highly recommended. They take very good care and very careful and safe. Highly recommended for families with teenagers or grown adult children.

Nearby activities Fantastic choice of activities from water sports to indoor games to pool tables. They even have a PS4 for gaming room for teenagers. They arrange coach and tickets for the Desaru fruit farm, the mini zoo and the crocodile farm. The firefly night is dependant on the weather.
Safety Very safe and secure resort and spa location for families.
Walkability Walking distance to the beach, have five very good restaurants facing the oceanfront is really good, ambience and a calm atmosphere.
