This resort is well maintained.
Super clean and dry washrooms.
The staffs are all very friendly and efficient.
The restaurant: Indian, Korean, Seafood and Buffet all within resort. Most of the time, they allow food frm another restaurant to be eaten at another one.
Waitress all amazing job.

Had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort & Spa with my family of six adults and two kids. The service staff were friendly, the food at the various restaurants were good and priced reasonably ????. We especially like the Ayam Penyet, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng at the Teratai restaurant which came with good quality sambal chilli. The mini water park seemed more suitable for kids at first glance, but its “Lazy River” and “Coconut waterfall” actually turned out to be very fun even for the adults :) The bubble game and dance-along activities for kids held on weekend evenings at the open air grass field was a pleasant surprise ???? ????. The items sold at the convenient stores were inexpensive too — tibits, drinks, ice-cream, kites, water guns, rubber ball etc. I like it that beside these “man-made” things, we could also enjoy natural and outdoor fun at the beach, playing with sand and kites. Whole cakes were also available at the Teratai restaurant, where we bought one and had a personalized message written on it! ???? Oh, the aviary with peacocks, goose and a cockatoo was a favourite with the kids!

Get the renovated room is a must if you picking on rooms. Dinner can just settle Within the resort restaurant which have many cruise. Mention if you are hotel guest to enjoy some discount
