Had the pleasure of staying at Lotus Desaru for a 3-day staycation, and it was absolutely delightful!
The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. What truly impressed us was their swift and efficient handling of a double booking issue we encountered through Agoda. They were incredibly helpful in resolving the matter, ensuring we received our refund without any hassle.
Our experience at Lotus Desaru was nothing short of fantastic, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay. Highly recommend!
