I booked a honeymoon package which was $280SGD. It was so worth it rather than spending this money on 5 star hotels in Singapore. Staffs were impressive, helpful & friendly.
We were early and the reception staff took us for an orientation on the buggy ride. We were drove to the beach bar for a welcome cocktail drink while waiting for the room to be ready. Beautiful towel wrapped swans were placed on bed. Not only did they arrange housekeeping in the morning, they did for the night as well. When we were out for dinner at the club house, they came into the room to release the curtains, on the bed lamp lights, place 2 bottles of mineral water next to the bed lamps, replace our used towels with new, fold a corner of the bed quilts so we can turn into bed easily.
When we were dining, one of the novelty staffs were blowing some soap bubbles and it blew all the way to us. Waiting staff hurried to the novelty staffs and instructed them not to do it as it was coming into our table. Waiting staff asked vocal musical crew to perform a love song for us.
The room was amazing and clean with a studio apartment concept. Spacious and arrangements were awesome. Fresh flowers and ferrero rocher were placed on dining table. We do not have to pay for the mini water themed park for the days we were there as normally you have to pay for today and tomorrow separately. It was definetly awesome for us and we will come back again for sure!
My husband and I enjoyed our 3 days stay at Lotus Desaru. We love & enjoyed the food at the Thai & Chinese Seafood at the newly revamp Rhu Bar. The services provide by the staff was excellent especially Joyce & Pandi, taking extra effort to explain & advise us on food selection.Teratai Coffee House had shifted & moved closer to the sea which offer awesome view of the sea. The countdown party was a surprise as we weren't expecting much but was treated with endless firework display & campfire. Simple & nice. Definitely will be coming back soon. Keep up with the excellent services.
My 3 kids really enjoy their 2 nights stay at Lotus Desaru. Night time at Lotus was happening and enjoyable. We took part in open dancing infront of the sea and can't forget the 2 clowns, Chicken Dance and Oppa Gangnam Stle dance. Very enjoyable. Can't help myself to come here next year !
Dear Sir/Mdm, I stayed in your resort with my wife and kid from 12th Dec to 15th Dec 2012. On 13th Dec my daughter got a very high fever at the middle of the night. We didn't know what to do. Fortunately we called the security and they helped to send the duty manager to our room. The duty manager offered to send us to see a doctor with security. Since my daughter condition was stable, we requested to check the temperature and provide a medicine for fever. The duty manager was very well equipped with the basic medical kit and helped us accordingly. My daughter responded to the treatment and got well on the next day. We are so much tensed and didn't even make note of the duty manager's and security name. We would like to convey our thanks and best regards to the duty manager and the security on duty. We had an awesome 3days stay in your hotel. The staff were humble, polite and very welcoming. We had a very heartwarming welcome from the front desk staff. The staff members were very helpful, especially the buggy drivers who helped us immediately when our car battery had died. The buggy service is indeed a very well thought of facility and it really provides the comfort for its customers. On the whole the trip was truly enjoyable and memorable.
Compliment: Had a real wonderful stay. My kids have really enjoyed the stay and the food also was gud. Salute to all of ur staffs who assisted us when we were on need. Complaint: Please revise your stand on the dress code at the swimming pool as not all are being able to use swim suit when using d pool. Please consider pupil who are fat especially ladies.
My wife and I had 2 nights stay in Lotus Desaru.It was a wonderful stay with good activities for couples and family.The Spa massage was wonderful though fully booked initially was called back for slots that was cancelled. Santhosh the spa in charge was friendly and without doubt the massage was excellent for Rm115++. I would appreciate the phone line can be parallel for the bedroom and hall.Please supply the newspapers in morning for customers or inform.Customer service was excellent. Names to remember> Satish and Noami at the front desk. Buggy driver Balaji, Rino and Junal at the Food hall and others were going the extra mile.
I got molested at the water park and I told a lifeguard, he is Mr Khalid. I wish to commend his calmness and alertness to my predicament. He helped me fill up the statement and everything. I checked out this morning and I hope that you would tell him that I will remember him if if I have the chance, to come to lotus resort again. Truly brilliant staff. May lotus resort prosper! I enjoyed my stay at your cosy hotel with courteous staff on 18-19/5/12. The only thing I hope you don’t continue with is the lighting on the trees surrounding the hotel – your guests rather enjoy the natural beauty, not the Christmas lights. I would like to stay at your hotel again from Fri 27 July to Sun 30 July. Could you please advice on the best price for a) 2 bed-room suit, b) 3 bed-room suit c) for extra beds. I would like to compliment one of your staff by the name of raj whom i believed is a buggy driver for your resort for helping me out with a blown tire and helping me to replace it when i was in despair in the late evening. Great work!
Hi, We checked out on Sunday. We would like to thank the security guards down at the beach for watching my four year old son and his 5 yr friend while I ran around for 20 min (starting to get worried) trying to find them. They had gone from the playground to the beach without me noticing. Also thanks to them for watching out friends car without being asked while he unloaded the sailing boat.
